By 8:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday trough located from Anticosti Island to
Laurentian Fan.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 10:00 AM ADT 15 June 2026 A trough of low pressure over New England will move eastward acrossthe district tonight and Tuesday. Winds will increase to strong to
gale force southeasterlies ahead of the trough. Winds will diminish
to generally moderate to strong westerlies over most waters in the
wake of the trough.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half and Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half.
