Issued 10:00 AM ADT 20 October 2026 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:00 a.m. ADT today trough from low located on a line east-west
over the southern Marine District.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday trough from low located south of the
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Wednesday ridge located over southern Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Wednesday ridge located over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:38 AM ADT 20 October 2026 A trough of low pressure extending northeastward from a low east of
Cape Hatteras will continue to approach the district this morning
then stall giving strong to gale force northeasterlies to southern
waters today and Wednesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, and East Scotian Slope.
