By 8:00 p.m. AST Tuesday low 984 mb located over northern Labrador.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:19 PM AST 9 December 2019 A developing low pressure system over the Great Lakes area will tracknortheastward to lie over Northern Labrador by Tuesday evening. As a
result of this low and its associated trough of low pressure, gale to
near storm force south to southwest winds will develop across much of
the district tonight. Those winds will diminish somewhat on Tuesday
to strong to gale force southwesterlies.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
