the western Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Friday ridge located over the eastern Marine
District.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT Friday approaching low 1001 mb located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:51 PM ADT 1 May 2025 A low pressure system over Newfoundland will continue tracking
eastward today and departing the region. Strong to gale force
northwest winds over eastern waters will gradually diminish as the
low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau and Laurentian Fan - northeastern half.
