Issued 3:30 PM AST 7 December 2023 Tonight and Friday At 3:30 p.m. AST today quasi-stationary high 1018 mb located
over Quebec.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today deepening low 961 mb located east of the
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Friday low 947 mb located northeast of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:12 PM AST 7 December 2023 A low pressure system east of the Grand Banks will continue to deepen
as it tracks north-northeast today and Friday. Gale force
northwesterlies will develop over eastern waters tonight and Friday
in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, and
Anticosti.
