Issued 9:55 AM NST 15 January 2026 A low pressure system will approach from the southwest tonight
To cross the marine district on Friday. Gale to storm force south to
southwesterlies will spread across all waters as the low passes.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast and South Coast. Gale warnings are in effect for all
remaining waters.
