Issued 3:00 AM NDT 22 June 2021 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today Post-tropical Storm Claudette 1004 mb
located southwest of Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located south of Nova Scotia.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over the Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located over the eastern
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday approaching trough located over
Anticosti Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:53 AM NDT 22 June 2021 At 3:00 A.M. NDT post-tropical storm Claudette was located at 39.6
north 68.1 west, about 272 nautical miles south-southwest of Yarmouth
Nova Scotia. Maximum sustained winds were estimated at 40 knots and
central pressure at 1004 MB. Claudette is moving east-northeast at 26
knots. At this time, the remnants of Claudette are expected to enter
Southern Newfoundland waters on Wednesday bringing strong winds to
the area.
