Issued 3:00 AM NST 13 January 2025 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 966 mb located south of the Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Tuesday low 966 mb located northeast of Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located from Quebec to New England.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Tuesday ridge located from the Quebec Lower North
Shore to Sable Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:44 AM NST 13 January 2025 A deep low pressure system southeast of the Grand Banks will move to
lie northeast of the marine district overnight before continuing off
into the North Atlantic on Tuesday. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies to northwesterlies over most waters will slowly
diminish as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and the Grand Banks.
