Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:23 PM NDT 20 March 2023 An intense low pressure system over the Belle Isle Bank will slowlytrack eastwards tonight before moving to lie east of the marine
district late Tuesday. Gale to storm force southwest to westerly
winds over all waters will diminish to strong northwesterlies late
Tuesday.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Northeast Coast, Funk
Island Bank, and Northern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect
for all remaining waters.
