By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday low 973 mb located east of the Marine
District.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday ridge located over the Maritimes.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over southwestern Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:20 PM NDT 13 October 2024 An intense area of low pressure east of Belle Isle Bank will remain
nearly stationary tonight before tracking eastward on Monday. Strong
to gale force west to northwesterlies will continue tonight,
gradually diminishing from west to east on Monday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half and Gulf waters.
