Bank.
By 3:30 p.m. NST today departing trough located northeast of the
Marine District.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today trough located over Cape Breton Island.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Sunday trough located on a line east-west over
Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:52 AM NST 27 November 2021 A trough of low pressure over Cape Breton Island this morning will
track northward across Newfoundland today then continue northward to
lie over the Labrador Sea by Sunday morning. Strong to gale force
southeasterlies ahead of the trough will shift to strong to gale
force southwesterlies behind it.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, Southwest Coast,
and South Coast.
