Issued 8:00 PM NST 29 November 2023 Tonight and Thursday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight low 984 mb located over Funk Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Thursday departing low 975 mb located over
Labrador Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
western Labrador.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Thursday ridge located over the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:52 PM NST 29 November 2023 An intense low pressure system located over Funk Island Bank will
move north of the district overnight. Gale force southeasterlies
ahead of the low will shift to gale to storm force westerlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Northern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for East Coast,
Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and the Southern Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, and Belle Isle Bank.
