By 3:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday weakening ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 990 mb located over southern Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday low 996 mb located over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:42 PM NDT 17 May 2022 A low pressure system will approach from the west tonight before
tracking northeastwards across Labrador on Wednesday. Strong to gale
force southeasterlies will spread across all waters ahead of this
system.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port.
