By 3:30 p.m. NDT today departing trough located east of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Quebec Lower North Shore.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday trough located east of Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Hudson Bay.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday ridge located on a line north-south over
the Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NDT 4 May 2025 A trough of low pressure will approach from the northwest to lie over
the Quebec Lower North Shore this afternoon. The trough will track
eastwards across northern waters tonight and Monday before moving
east of the marine district Monday evening. Meanwhile, a ridge of
high pressure will approach from the west to lie over the Maritimes
Monday afternoon. Gale force northwesterlies can be expected over
northern waters between these two features on Monday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.
