Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:30 AM NDT 12 June 2025 A low pressure system over the Labrador Sea will gradually movenorthward today and tonight before moving north of the marine
district on Friday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies can be
expected ahead of the low, with strong to gale force northwesterlies
in its wake. Winds will diminish on Friday as the low moves away.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, Northwest Labrador Sea, and East Labrador Sea.
