Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 4:00 AM NST 26 November 2020 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. NST today low 953 mb located southeast of Greenland.
By 9:30 p.m. NST tonight departing low 963 mb located east of
Greenland.

At 9:30 a.m. NST Friday trough located over the North Labrador
Coast.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Friday trough located on a line east-west over
northern Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:51 AM NST 26 November 2020 An intense low pressure system off Greenland will continue slowly
moving away from the marine district today. Gale to storm force
northwesterlies will gradually diminish today as the low moves
further away.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for North Labrador
Coast, South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Lake Melville and East Labrador Sea.
