Issued 9:30 PM NST 12 December 2019 Tonight and Friday At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight quasi-stationary low 971 mb located overthe East Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:21 PM NST 12 December 2019 An intense low pressure system will remain stationary over the EastLabrador Sea through the forecast period, causing gale to hurricane
force west to northwesterlies over most waters.
Marine interests are advised that a hurricane force wind warning is
in effect for East Labrador Sea. Storm warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in
effect for the Labrador coast.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except East Labrador Sea.
