Issued 4:00 AM NST 7 December 2019 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. NST today departing low 970 mb located south of
Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NST today intensifying trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Nain.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Sunday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the South Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 AM NST 7 December 2019 An intense trough of low pressure will develop over the South
Labrador Sea this afternoon and slowly drift southwards throughout
the forecast period. Strong to gale force north to northwesterlies
will develop over southern waters tonight and Sunday morning in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast and Mid Labrador Coast.

Marine interests are advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Lake Melville and East Labrador Sea.
