At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Hudson Bay.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Monday ridge located on a line north-south over
western Labrador.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:49 AM NDT 4 May 2025 A low pressure system will remain quasi-stationary over the EastLabrador Sea throughout the forecast period. Meanwhile, a ridge of
high pressure will approach from the west to lie over Western
Labrador Monday afternoon. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will
develop between these two features on Monday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Labrador Sea.
