At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over James Bay.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Friday trough located over western Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:54 AM NDT 3 October 2024 A trough will approach from the west today as a ridge remains nearly
stationary over Greenland. Strong to gale force southeasterlies can
be expected over northwestern waters between these two features.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea - northwestern half.
