of the Marine District.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:24 AM NDT 20 March 2023 A low pressure system over the South Labrador Coast will slowly driftsoutheastward today to lie east of Funk Island Bank tonight. Gale to
storm force northeasterlies to northwesterlies will persist in the
wake of the low. Winds will gradually ease to strong northwesterlies
on Tuesday as the low departs.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Mid Labrador Coast and East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect
for all remaining waters.
