over western Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line north-south
over eastern Newfoundland.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:19 PM NDT 7 October 2024 A low pressure system south of the Grand Banks will gradually moveeastward tonight. Strong to gale force northeasterlies over southern
waters will gradually diminish early Tuesday morning as the low
tracks away from the district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Southern Grand Banks.
