Issued 10:00 AM NDT 9 September 2024 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary trough located on a line
east-west over Labrador Sea.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over the Southwest Coast
of Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the southeastern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:52 AM NDT 9 September 2024 A trough of low pressure over the Southwest Coast will sweep across
the district today. Strong to gale force southerlies ahead of the
trough will shift to strong west to southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
South Coast.
