pressure system over the Labrador Sea will diminish this morning.
Wind will increase to strong to gale force ahead of the next trough
on Thursday evening.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait.
