Issued 3:30 PM AST 7 November 2025 Tonight and Saturday At 3:30 p.m. AST today departing low 958 mb located northeast
of Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 991 mb located near the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Saturday low 1001 mb located near Anticosti Island.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today ridge located over the Gulf of Maine.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Saturday ridge located east of the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:59 AM AST 7 November 2025 An intense low pressure system northeast of Newfoundland will
continue to track northeastward away from the region today. Strong to
gale force northwest winds will diminish in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, Fourchu,
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait, Northumberland - eastern
half, Gulf - Magdalen, and Anticosti.

Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest New Brunswick lobster
fishery.

Winds increasing to east 15 knots in the evening. Seas less than 1
metre.
Monday..Winds east 25 to 30 knots diminishing to southeast 20 in the
morning and to southeast 15 in the afternoon. Winds light in the
evening. Seas near 1 metre subsiding to less than 1 metre in the
evening.
Tuesday..Winds northwest 15 knots increasing to west 20 near noon and
to west 25 to 30 in the evening. Seas less than 1 metre building to 1
to 2 metres in the evening.
