Issued 8:00 PM AST 29 February 2024 Tonight and Friday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight departing cold front located over the
Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight ridge located near the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Friday ridge located over the southwestern Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:49 PM AST 29 February 2024 A cold front over the Grand Banks will continue to pull away tonight.
Gale force westerlies in the wake of the front will diminish from
west to east tonight and Friday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Fundy. Freezing spray warnings are in effect for all
waters except Georges Bank and West Scotian Slope.
