Grand Banks.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Monday quasi-stationary ridge located over the
southern Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Monday trough located northeast of Newfoundland.
