northeasterlies can be expected ahead of the low, with strong to gale
force northwesterlies to southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Northeast Gulf,
and Northeast Coast.
