Issued 10:00 AM NDT 19 April 2019 Today Tonight and Saturday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today high located over the southern Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight high located southeast of the Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the St. Lawrence River.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough located east of the Marine
District.

By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching high located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM NDT 19 April 2019 A trough of low pressure located over the St. Lawrence River will
cross Newfoundland tonight to lie east of the marine district by
Saturday morning. Strong to gale force southerlies will develop over
most waters today. Winds will diminish in the wake of the trough as
an area of high pressure builds into the region from the west on
Saturday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
