the northern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday departing trough located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough located on a line east-west over
southern Labrador.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Saturday trough located on a line east-west over
northeastern Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 9 October 2026 A trough of low pressure approaching from Labrador is forecast to
cross the district on Saturday bringing strong to gale force
northwesterlies to most waters.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and the Southern Grand Banks.
