northwest-southeast over the northern Grand Banks.
At 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday approaching low 1011 mb located over
Quebec.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:47 PM NDT 22 April 2025 A low pressure system east of the marine district will weaken andslowly depart throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force
north to northwesterly winds in the wake of the low will gradually
diminish as the low departs.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island
Bank, Northern Grand Banks, and Southeastern Grand Banks.
