Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 989 mb located northeast of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over northern Labrador.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:54 AM NDT 9 June 2026 A low pressure system over Funk Island Bank will track slowly
northeastward to lie east of Belle Isle Bank by this afternoon before
continuing to depart to the northeast. Strong to gale force
northerlies to northwesterlies in the wake of the low will diminish
this evening.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.
