St. Lawrence.
By 3:30 p.m. AST today low 1008 mb located northeast of
Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday approaching low 1013 mb located over the
Gulf of Maine.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 2:39 AM AST 30 January 2023 A low currently over the Gulf of St. Lawrence will tracknortheastward to lie over northeast of Newfoundland by this
afternoon. Strong to gale force southerlies ahead of the low shift to
light to moderate westerlies behind it.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian, and Gulf - Magdalen. Freezing spray warnings
are in effect for all Gulf of St. Lawrence waters.
