Issued 3:00 AM ADT 28 May 2024 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today trough located west of the Marine District.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located from the Gulf of St. Lawrence
to Georges Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT Wednesday departing trough located from
Newfoundland to Laurentian Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:49 AM ADT 28 May 2024 A trough of low pressure will move through the marine district from
the west today to lie over the eastern marine district by Wednesday
morning. Strong to gale force southerlies are expected ahead of this
trough.

Mariners are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Cabot
Strait - northern half, Gulf - Magdalen, and Anticosti - eastern
half.
