central Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday trough located from Anticosti Island to
Laurentian Fan.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday departing trough located east of Laurentian
Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:02 PM ADT 13 April 2024 A trough of low pressure east of New Brunswick will move east of
forecast waters on Sunday. Strong to gale force southerly winds ahead
of the trough will diminish in its wake. Winds could also reach gale
force southeasterlies overnight and into Sunday over Anticosti -
eastern half.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, East Scotian
Slope, Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait and Gulf -
Magdalen.
