By 9:30 a.m. NDT today departing low 931 mb located east of
Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over western Labrador.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing ridge located east of the East
Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday approaching low 994 mb located over
southwestern Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:59 AM NDT 14 October 2026 An intense low pressure system southeast of Greenland will track
eastward today. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will gradually
diminish today as the low departs.

Another low pressure system will pass southeast of the district late
Thursday into Friday. Strong to gale force northerlies will develop
in its wake Thursday evening.

Marine interests are advised that gale warning are in effect for
South Labrador Coast and East Labrador Sea.
