Newfoundland.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Friday low 980 mb located northeast of Belle
Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:18 PM NST 12 February 2026 A low pressure system over Northeastern Newfoundland will track
across Belle Isle Bank on Friday. Strong to gale force north to
northeasterlies will develop over all waters ahead of the low as it
approaches.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea, and
East Labrador Sea - southeastern half.
