Grand Manan to Cabot Strait.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Wednesday warm front from 994 mb low located on
a line northeast-southwest over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

At 10:00 a.m. AST today cold front from 1005 mb low located over
the East Coast of the U.S.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Wednesday cold front from 994 mb low located from
Anticosti Island to West Scotian Slope.

By 3:30 p.m. AST Wednesday cold front located on a line north-south
over Laurentian Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:09 AM AST 12 November 2019 A low pressure system currently lying over Southeastern Maine will
track over Southern New Brunswick this afternoon and into the Gulf of
St. Lawrence by early Wednesday morning. A strong warm front
extending from the low through the Gulf of St. Lawrence will give
strong to gale force southwesterlies south of the front and strong to
gale force northeasterlies to its north. On Wednesday, most regions
will see strong to gale force northwesterlies in the wake of the low,
especially over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, eastern shore - eastern half,
Fourchu, Banquereau - northern half, Cabot Strait, Northumberland
Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, Chaleur - Miscou, and Anticosti.

Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest New Brunswick lobster
fishery.

late this evening. Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 metres this
afternoon with choppy seas as winds blow against the ebbing tide.

the morning and 2 to 3 in the afternoon. Choppy seas in the
afternoon.
