over the East Labrador Sea.
At 9:30 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line north-south over
the South Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Thursday departing ridge located east of the East
Labrador Sea.
At 9:30 a.m. NST today departing low 945 mb located southeast
of Greenland.

Issued 9:28 AM NST 17 December 2025 A trough of low pressure currently over Quebec will cross the marinedistrict tonight and Thursday. Strong to gale force northwesterlies
will develop behind the trough tonight.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters.
