Issued 10:00 AM NDT 28 May 2023 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today departing low 1000 mb located northeast
of Funk Island Bank.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 996 mb located over Labrador.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday quasi-stationary low 995 mb located over
Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:07 AM NDT 28 May 2023 A low pressure system will approach from the northwest this afternoon
and move across Newfoundland to lie over Funk Island Bank tonight.
Gale force northwesterly to northeasterly winds will develop in the
wake of the low tonight and Monday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast,
and Belle Isle Bank.
