By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line east-west over
the northern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line east-west over
the East Coast of the U.S.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday trough located on a line east-west over
the Quebec Lower North Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:37 AM NDT 21 July 2026 A trough of low pressure will develop over the Eastern Seaboard this
evening before moving northward through the Gulf of St. Lawrence on
Wednesday. Strong to gale force southerlies will develop over most
waters ahead of the trough on Wednesday.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Gulf-Port au Port.
