At 10:00 a.m. NST today deepening low 1012 mb located over Nova
Scotia.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Monday low 1001 mb located over the southwestern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:51 AM NST 15 February 2026 A low pressure system over Nova Scotia will deepen as it slowly
tracks eastward today and tonight before crossing the Grand Banks on
Monday. Strong to gale force easterlies to southeasterlies ahead of
the low will shift to strong to gale force northerlies to westerlies
in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Southern Grand Banks.
