Wind becoming southeast 20 to 25 Tuesday morning with gusts to 35 from Margaree Harbour to Bay St. Lawrence. Wind diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 Tuesday evening.
Showers Tuesday. Fog patches forming near noon Tuesday and dissipating Tuesday evening.

located near latitude 40.7 north and longitude 54.0 west. Maximum
sustained winds were estimated at 35 knots and central pressure at
1004 MB. Melissa is tracking east-northeastward at 17 knots and is
expected to weaken and become post-tropical later today.
