Wind becoming northwest 25 to 35 near midnight then becoming northwest 25 Monday morning. Wind backing to west 20 Monday afternoon then diminishing to west 15 Monday evening.

Rain or periods of snow becoming periods of snow this evening and ending overnight. Fog patches dissipating early this morning.
