By 3:30 p.m. NST Friday quasi-stationary low 983 mb located over
western Labrador.
At 10:00 a.m. NST Friday trough located south of Laurentian Fan.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Friday dissipating trough located over the northern
Grand Banks.

Issued 7:57 PM NST 4 March 2021 Strong to gale force south to southwesterlies over most of thedistrict will gradually diminish tonight through Friday as a low
pressure system over the Quebec Lower North Shore slowly track
westwards and weakens.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, Belle Isle Bank,
and Funk Island Bank.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, and
Northeast Coast.
