Issued 8:00 PM NDT 23 March 2025 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 974 mb located over Labrador Sea.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Monday departing low 984 mb located over northern
Labrador Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located over Banquereau.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Monday trough located over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:45 PM NDT 23 March 2025 A low pressure system over the South Labrador Sea will continue to
move northward tonight. Strong to gale force westerlies in the wake
of the low will diminish tonight as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle
Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.
