By 8:00 a.m. ADT Sunday weakening low 1000 mb located over Nova
Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Sunday weakening low 1002 mb located over the
Gulf of St. Lawrence.
At 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low 1008 mb located southwest of the
Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday low 1007 mb located south of Nova Scotia.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:47 AM ADT 7 September 2024 A low pressure system over Northern West Scotian Slope this morningwill track northeastward today to lie over Nova Scotia by this
evening. Gale force winds associated with the low will continue to
spread across much of the marine district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lurcher, Browns Bank, and Chaleur-Miscou.
