Issued 3:30 PM AST 24 February 2021 Tonight and Thursday At 3:30 p.m. AST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwestover Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Thursday ridge located on a line north-south over
the eastern Marine District.
At 3:00 a.m. AST Thursday low 998 mb located over Maine.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Thursday low 988 mb located over Banquereau.

Issued 3:24 PM AST 24 February 2021 A low pressure system will track through Maine tonight and theMaritimes on Thursday. This low will bring gale to storm force
westerlies south of the system through the day Thursday and strong to
gale force northwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warnings is in effect for
Banquereau. Gale warnings are in effect all other waters. Freezing
spray warnings are in effect for eastern shore - eastern half,
Fourchu, Cabot Strait, Northumberland Strait - eastern half, Gulf -
Magdalen, Chaleur - Miscou and Anticosti.
