Issued 10:00 AM AST 7 December 2023 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:00 a.m. AST today quasi-stationary high 1018 mb located
over Quebec.

At 10:00 a.m. AST today deepening low 976 mb located southeast of
the Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 948 mb located northeast of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:51 AM AST 7 December 2023 A low pressure system south of the Grand Banks will continue to
deepen as it tracks north-northeast today and Friday. Strong to gale
force northwesterlies are expected for the southeasternmost slope
waters this morning. Additionally gale force northwesterlies will
develop over eastern waters tonight and Friday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan - southern half, Cabot Strait, Gulf -
Magdalen and Anticosti.
