By 10:00 a.m. AST today quasi-stationary trough located on a line
north-south over the western Grand Banks.
At 3:00 a.m. AST today quasi-stationary ridge located from Labrador
to Maine.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 2:53 AM AST 13 November 2024 A trough of low pressure over the southeastern marine district willshift eastward this morning to lie over the Western Grand Banks.
Strong to gale force northerlies will spread across the marine
district in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except for Chaleur-Miscou - western half and Anticosti -
northwestern half.
Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest New Brunswick lobster
fishery.
